CyberOpsAI delivers an AI-powered operations workspace that includes device management, SSH terminal tooling, intelligent copilots, and related automation features.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at our discretion in order to improve reliability and security.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to safeguard your credentials.

You are responsible for activities that occur under your account and must notify us of any unauthorized use or security incident.

• Keep your password confidential and rotate it regularly.
• Do not share accounts between users.
• We may suspend accounts involved in abuse or policy violations.

You must not misuse the Service, reverse engineer system components, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content.

We reserve the right to investigate and remove content or accounts that threaten system integrity.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed in the application.

Completed payments are generally non‑refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in an order form.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We strive for operational excellence but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to CyberOpsAI during the preceding twelve months.
